Provide an excellent customer experience by promptly acknowledging and resolving customer complaints within the Service Level Agreements.
Have in-depth knowledge of Zalora systems, products, and services in order to provide accurate advise and resolution to service desk enquiries.
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
May perform additional projects and ad hoc duties upon request
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree is preferable
Able to communicate well in English as Service Desk covers SEA region
Ability to understand Mandarin is an advantage
Possess basic Microsoft Excel knowledge
Quick and willing learner
Win-win mindset necessary
Able to identify areas of improvement.
Detail oriented and able to own the situation when needed
Able to work between 9:00 am-6:00 pm, 5 days a week and sometimes OT and weekends
