Open Position: Customer Support Associate

Location: Malaysia

Custom Care will be responsible for providing top-quality assistance to Homage\'s Customers, Care Professionals and the general public when they have a question or problem. A lot of this would be through telephone, but would also include live chat and email. Working in the Malaysia Operations team, Custom Care is focused on building a community of dedicated caregivers, nurses, and care professionals who are fully equipped to provide the best quality care to those who need it.

This role will have a rare opportunity to support the Singapore market remotely in Malaysia for 3 months (renewable based on performance).

THE DAY-TO-DAY ACTIVITIES

  • Managing Customer profiles on the system from creation, publishing of visits, updating of profiles and amendments.
  • Coordinating care and providing operational support for clients of our partner Social Service Agencies (SSA) and Volunteer Welfare Organisations (VWO).
  • Communicating with internal teams and Clients/Partner Managers to manage the fulfilment of visits and care plans.
  • Managing internal and external (calls, WhatsApp, SMS) channels for communications
  • Comfortable managing customer\'s expectations and managing disputes and incidents during operation
  • Comfortable adapting to changes in workflows with various partner organisation
THE SKILLS YOU NEED..
  • At least 1 - 2 years of relevant experience, with experience working in hospitality, customer service, or a similar environment preferred.
  • Excellent with people and able to provide high-quality customer service, while coaching others to do the same
  • Calm under pressure and capable of solving disputes and incidents
  • Great at problem-solving
  • Has excellent writing skills, and is able to produce high-quality written content
  • Able to communicate effectively within the organisation to get the help and answers you need
  • Comfortable working with numbers and data
  • Excellency in time management to achieve goals
WORKING HOURS...
  • 5 days a week commitment and comfortable with a rotating roster and able to commit on weekends and PH
  • There are shift working hours:
  • Weekday shifts: 8 am to 5 pm, 9 am to 6 pm, 10.30 am to 7.30 pm
  • Weekend & PH shifts: 9 am to 6 pm
