Adhere to Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
for incoming buyer chats, ensuring timely responses and resolutions.Deliver excellent customer service (CS)
by addressing customer needs via communication channels (primarily live chat).Liaise with cross-functional teams
such as Customer Service, Warehouse, and Logistics to resolve user issues effectively.Handle high volumes of customer inquiries professionally
, maintaining a friendly and problem-solving approach.Take ownership of customer issues
, including operational concerns, and ensure they are resolved promptly.Identify process improvements
to enhance work efficiency and customer satisfaction.Achieve daily Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
as set by the regional team.Requirements:
Proficient in
English and Malay
(both written and spoken).Relevant work experience
in customer service is preferred. Willingness to commit to at least12 months
of continuous employment. Ability to work warehouse-based shifts and hours, with a clear understanding of the schedule.Own transportation
or reliable means to commute to the warehouse is an advantage.Salary:
