Job Description

1. Improve Financial & Accounting systems on daily basis including Cashflow Management, Collection, Sales, Purchases, Control Cost/Expenses, and Budget Planning to strengthen financially standings (AR & AP). 2. Manage and develop staff to enhance functions of the Account and Finance Department. 3. Manage and improve Monthly Reports and Annual Audit ie., P & L Report, Balance Sheet, Final Report, Bank Reconciliation. AR & AP Report, Payroll. Inventory and other relevant functions. 4. Monitor operation functions ie., invoice & Collection, D.O., P.O., Fund Transfer, Company Transactions. inventory Control, General Ledger, Compliance to Statutory R.equirernents by Authorities ie., EPF, SOCSO, Tax, SST etc" 5. Monitor management functions ie., such as, liaise with Company Secretarial Functions, intellectual Properties, Human Resource and Company\'s internal departments. 6. Jointly manage finance and secretarial functions for the Group\'s Companies based locally or overseas. 7 . Facilitate, negotiate and liaison with financial institutions, investors, or funders for favorable financial deals and agreements. 8. Welcome proposals to improve the Companies\' operations, administrative system, and current accounting and another operational system.
