-Identify and prospect new clients, develop sales leads, and convert them into profitable business opportunities. Leverage your industry knowledge and networking skills to expand the client base.
-Cultivate and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions. Ensure customer satisfaction and act as the main point of contact for any inquiries or concerns.
-Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals set by the company. Monitor progress, analyze sales data, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
-Develop a deep understanding of the companys products or services and their value propositions. Articulate product features and benefits to potential and existing clients to drive sales.
-Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop integrated sales strategies and campaigns. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients.
-Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals that address client needs and showcase the value of our offerings.
-Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors activities. Provide market feedback and insights to improve our products and overall sales strategy.
-Negotiate contract terms and conditions with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements that align with the companys policies.
-Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and deal progress. Generate regular sales reports for management review.
Requirements
-Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
-Proven track record of at least 5 years in B2B sales, account management, or business development.
-Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
-Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships.
-Result-oriented and able to meet and exceed sales targets.
-Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools is a plus.
-Industry-specific knowledge and experience are preferred.
-Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
