Qualifications

Degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent professional qualifications.

Experience

\xc2\xb7 Minimum 5 years working experience in financial services (insurance, investment banking, finance, unit trust management or asset management)

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Handling full set of accounting functions for the Company.

2. Maintaining of a proper and efficient general ledger including fixed assets, account payables and account receivables sub-ledgers.

3. Supervising daily cash flow and related activities for the Company.

4. Production of an accurate and timely periodic financial, management and performance reports.

5. Ensuring conformance and compliance to the Company\'s financial policies and all statutory and accepted account standards.

6. Liaising with auditors and tax advisors on tax matters; including planning, computation and ensuring prompt and accurate tax submissions.

7. Performing bank and key account reconciliations timely.

8. Manage or support key projects at departmental and cross-departmental level.

9. Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the superior/s from time to time.
