You will foster client satisfaction by maintaining regular customer contact and managing customer expectations. You will develop customer relationships and understand customer business in order to provide appropriate products or solutions. You will provide education of Honeywell product through solution presentations & demos. You will maintain and provide reports and opportunity status using our customer relationship management system.Key Responsibilities Meet or exceed the AOP and growth in orders, through mainly direct client engagements in collaboration with channel partners. Responsible for IGS Portfolios (AIDC) across Malaysia. Build relationships and understand customer business in order to provide appropriate products or solutions. Interact with key Business, Sales and Marketing Leaders to ensure there is alignment between the business and sales needs. Foster client satisfaction by maintaining regular customer contact and managing customer expectations to develop customer relationships. Define sales and growth execution strategy toward key customers while aligning with critical sales business objectives and opportunity pipeline generation to achieve AOP targets. Monitor and communicate your performance and business metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis to your Leadership. Provide competitive intelligence and market trends to develop PSS breakthrough & growth initiatives Provide forecast/demand input to SFDC. Use established processes and procedures to conduct daily business. YOU MUST HAVE Bachelor\'s degree and/or tertiary level technical / engineering and/or operations qualification. 5-7+ years Sales Management experience across Healthcare, Public Sector & Telco preferred. Other industry experience will be considered as well. Experience working with direct (80%) and indirect channels (20%) sales routes. Understand the industrial and commercial AIDC market. Enterprise level customer relationship and development skills. Successful sales track record. Proven business acumen & excellent presentation skills. Advanced communication skills, both verbal & written. Excellent negotiation skills to convince others from both within and outside the organization to reach agreement to accept complete proposals and programs, for which both parties have common desire to reach solution.
