Job Description


Job Purpose:The Accounts Manager is the main interface between the Company and our partner community. The Accounts Manager is responsible for the \xe2\x80\x98complete\xe2\x80\x99 sales cycle for the relevant business partners with the view to maximizing revenue, margin, and partner satisfaction. Having internal resources for assistance, the role is to develop deep relationships with key people inside the business partner and uncover sales opportunities, while delivering ongoing value to the partner.Responsibilities:

  • Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Sales Growth: Identify opportunities for account growth and new business, setting and tracking sales targets aligned with company objectives.
  • Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their concerns and providing solutions to meet their needs.
  • Negotiation: Oversee negotiation and closure of contracts and agreements, ensuring favorable terms for both the company and the client.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to grow accounts and achieve sales and GP targets.
  • Team Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams to deliver on client expectations and ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on account status, sales performance, and client feedback to inform management decisions.
Qualifications, Skills:Qualifications:
  • Education: Diploma and above in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in a senior role on IT industry.
Skills:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to think strategically and work independently.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
