DescriptionAccounts Payable
- Prepare, review and process vendor invoices, ensure 3-way matching prior posting into AP ledger account in account system
- Ensure timely payment process according to due date in accounting system and online banking system
- Perform reconciliation from E-invoice transaction against accounting system
- Manage the E-invoice documentation checks against PO/DO/IR
- Perform payment run & analyze payment pattern prepare spend report
- Prepare and analyze expense reports; expense accruals and ensures timely and
- Investigate discrepancies between invoices and e-invoice transactions, purchase orders and goods receipts, and act to resolve those and pay the invoices on time
- Handle non-standard questions and requests from suppliers and other stakeholders
- Communicate actions and changes with stakeholders in company control and business organizations
- Ensure that internal controls, procedures and mechanisms comply with regulatory standards, company policies and industry requirements. Identify gaps and propose changes in narratives
- Perform SST payment reconciliation and payment to custom upon due date
- Deliver statistics and reports to Authorities or other external statistics as specified by local, regional, federal or state authorities
- At least 3 years of account payable experiences
- Well verse in payment processes, electronic fund transfer and online payment platform
- Passion about reconciliations on AP aging, variance report analysis
