Job description: KEY RESPONSIBIITIES To manage the assigned SME portfolio with the objective of meeting personal and business centre targets. To continuously cross-sell the Bank\'s products & services, with the objective of meeting the customer needs and achieving the Bank\'s financial objectives. To acquire new quality loan / deposit customers. To execute business plans and strategies set by the Bank. To comply with all relevant rules and regulations governing the Bank\'s business. To collaborate with product specialists in enhancing utilization of banking facilities, including by not limited to, Trade Forex Cash Management Solutions. REQUIREMENTS: Fresh graduate or those with 1-2 years of working experience with basic banking know-how Customer service experience (for Account Manager / Senior Account Manager) Minimum 2-3 years in Commercial/SME/Corporate lending and relationship management (for Account Manager) / Minimum 3-5 years in Commercial/SME/Corporate lending and relationship management (for Senior Account Manager)
