Candidate must possess at least a SPM/Diploma in any related fields
At least 1 year working experience required
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and willing to learn new ERP system
Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin shall be added advantage and carry pleasant personality
Tanggungjawab
To assist in sales department on issuing quotation and sales order for the new projects.
Gather and analyse data to prepare monthly reports gather from customer feedback (surveys, complaints, satisfaction) upon completion of each project.
Handling of customer complaints and ensure Production and QC department to take necessary action on the complaint and feedback to customers.
Update of ISO document for Sales & Marketing department.
Monitor overdue accounts and follow up with clients to ensure timely payment and maintaining accurate records of payment status to update management.
Take ownership of the accounts receivable process, including issuing progress claims, sales invoices, statements, and reminders to clients upon each completed project.
Handle ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior/ management from time to time.
