Handle general administrative support to ensure smooth office operations. Support Chinese employees relocating to Malaysia with visas, apartment search, hotel bookings, and daily living assistance. Manage office facilities, procurement, and security, ensuring ISO27001 compliance. Assist with office expansion projects and liaise with government agencies as required.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline
3-5 years experience in admin or facility management (government relations experience a plus)
Good English & Chinese (verbal & written)
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
Project management, vendor coordination, and office setup experience
Service-oriented, proactive, strong problem-solving and communication skills
