Job description
In your new role you will:

• Site Mal overall cost centers accounting and reporting
• Responsible in providing financial analysis support to Site Functions, Clusters and Central Service Provider (CSP) group
• Manage cost forecasting, cost controlling, and management reporting
• Enable to meet tight deadline as well as involving in ad hoc project\'s analysis
• Bridging actual results to budget & financial forecast and support management in making improvements
• Provide and communicate relevant, precise, and timely information/financial analysis to Site Functions, Cluster and CSP group
• Pro-actively support Site Functions, Cluster and CSP group in terms of performance controlling, and management reporting
• Perform independently financial analysis, cost development & counter measures
• Perform yearly budget planning (TCR) and quarterly forecast with proper analysis
• Perform cost allocations and closing activities
• Perform cost savings verification and business case justification

Your profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Bachelor of degrees in either Finance, Economics or Accounting.
• At least 2 years experiences in Finance/Accounting with preferably in manufacturing industry
• Analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
• Ability to work within a multi-cultural environment
• Collaborative / team-oriented
• Strong interpersonal skills, and good communication skills
• Can-do attitude, driven and passionate about work
• Ability to work independently and demonstrate strong initiatives
• Possess IT software applications SAP R/3 and MS Office working knowledge
