SENIORITY LEVEL: Non-Management

FUNCTION: GBS Finance - Master Data Management

SALARY RANGE: Starting at RM 3,900 + Excellent Benefits + Bonus

LOCATION: Bandar Sunway, Selangor

ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES

Reports to: Team Lead Master Data Management

Reporting Level: Individual Contributor

Geographic Scope: Asia Pacific, Middle East Africa (APMEA)

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

• Creation and maintenance of Master Data objects for all British American Shared Services customers in accordance with British American Shared Services Master Data process designs for Customer, Sales Pricing, Workflow Approval, Employee Vendor, Exchange rates modules
• Ensuring ad-hoc reports extracted from the system are dealt in line with Service Level Agreement (SLA)
• Ensuring timeless, accuracy and completeness of all Master Data; identifying and resolving data quality issues
• Adherence to the procedure manuals; SOx Controls;
• Monthly / Bi-Annual Clearance exercises for data objects in scope
• Deliver training for new joiners; acting as backup for Team Leader when needed.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

• At least 1-2 years of experience in the related field (Master Data Management, Data Management, Invoice Processing, Order To Cash)
• Open to fresh graduate who equipped with at least Master Data internship experience

• At least Bachelor\'s Degree in relevant fields (Finance/ Actuarial Science/ Computer Science/ IT/Business Studies is considered a plus)
• Good command of English, spoken and written
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office standard pack (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint)
• Experience in SAP would be additional advantage
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills, positive and well-organized
• Prioritizes own work / understands escalation trigger points
