The Senior Art Director is responsible for designing and producing outstanding artwork for both the Client and the Agency. The primary focus of this position is concept and design development, whilst pushing for new and innovative solutions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Expectations of a Senior Art Director
\xe2\x97\x8f Ideate, craft and execute original and iconic creative concepts in response to client briefs, objectives or goals, with through the line executions that bring the concept to life.
\xe2\x97\x8f Is responsible for the proper placement, context and meaning of every image and graphic element within a creative assignment
\xe2\x97\x8f Develop creative ideas that meets both our clients\xe2\x80\x99 objectives as well as our business objectives, maintaining the company\xe2\x80\x99s expected levels of creative excellence and professionalism
\xe2\x97\x8f Present, share and review creative work with Executive Creative Director / Creative Director, Account Management and Planning Leads as well as members of the Management Team
\xe2\x97\x8f Manage multiple projects from concept through to completion, working with both in-house resources and third-party vendors
\xe2\x97\x8f Collaborate effectively with Account Management, Planning and the broader creative team to develop disruptive and iconic work

\xe2\x97\x8f You\xe2\x80\x99re an artist. Every surface, every channel, every medium, social or otherwise, is your canvas. You\xe2\x80\x99re just where people are
\xe2\x97\x8f You\xe2\x80\x99ve won a few of the awards that matter. Or you\xe2\x80\x99re very hungry to. Winning isn\xe2\x80\x99t everything, but excellence is
\xe2\x97\x8f You have experience in an integrated agency environment having delivered (but not limited to) integrated creative outputs across video, print, OOH, digital, social, activation and point of sale channels
\xe2\x97\x8f Strong grasp of social media space and technology
\xe2\x97\x8f Well-versed in production and post production (commercial and social shoots, video post production and digital retouching, etc.)
\xe2\x97\x8f You ideally can craft and create simple gifs and animation.
\xe2\x97\x8f Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced creative environment
\xe2\x97\x8f Ability to effectively and appropriately interact with co-workers at a variety of levels, across many disciplines
\xe2\x97\x8f Understands and uses the latest in computer design software, i.e. Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign, etc. AfterEffects and Premiere Pro a plus.
