Role Overview:As a Senior Art Director at Hatch Creative, you will play a crucial role in leading our design team to produce exceptional visual solutions. You will collaborate closely with the Creative Director and other team members to ensure that our work is not only creatively brilliant but also strategically sound.Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Visual Design: Drive the visual aspects of our campaigns, ensuring consistency and creativity across all design outputs.
• Conceptual Development: Partner with the Creative Director to brainstorm and develop innovative concepts, translating them into visually compelling designs.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
• Collaboration: Work closely with copywriters, strategists, and other stakeholders to create cohesive, impactful campaigns.
• Client Interaction: Present and communicate design concepts and ideas to clients, ensuring their vision is fully realized through our creative process.
• Quality Control: Oversee the final production of all design elements, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and project specifications.
• Stay Current: Continuously explore industry trends, tools, and techniques, and integrate them into your work to keep our creative output cutting-edge.

• Experience: 5+ years of experience in art direction or visual design, ideally within an agency setting.
• Portfolio: A robust portfolio showcasing your ability to lead and execute visually stunning and effective campaigns.
• Skills:

• Mastery of design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• Strong grasp of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Proven ability to translate concepts into compelling visual stories.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Leadership: Demonstrated experience in leading and inspiring a design team.
• Education: A degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related discipline is preferred.
