Duties & Responsibilities:
Inventory Stock Take, Cash Count & Compliance Audit

Perform physical Stock Count, Cash Count & Compliance Audit.
Undertake stock reconciliation, Cash Count Analysis, Void/Cancelled transactions analysis, and store compliance checklist.
Ensure proper bank-in procedures by store.
Perform store intervention and investigation.
If required, the Senior Assistant position will take on the added responsibility to arrange/provide transportation to the team. An appropriate allowance shall be provided.

Reporting

Ensure timely and proper submission of Field Audit Working papers.
Findings of Audit Field Work are properly documented.
Ensure proper punctuality and timely attendance records by Field Audit staff to store.

Teamwork

Ensure good communication with store personnel and the Operations team at all levels.
Able to work as part of the Field Audit Team.
Assist the HQ Audit Executives in the execution of audit & administration work.
Perform any other work as and when required.

Job Requirements

Minimum SPM-Level or Diploma holders with 2-3 years of experience (i.e. retail industry is added advantage) are encouraged to apply.
Diploma holders without experience are encouraged to apply.
Good command of Mathematics, English & Malay language.
Able to travel extensively.
