The role will execute country specific business strategies and drive growth, plan quarterly and annual objectives, and provide feedback during country business reviews.The responsibilities include promoting and delivering self-serve solution services to country teams and collaborating with key stakeholders across Self Serve business, Country teams, Product, Marketing & CRM, and other relevant stakeholders to devise effective advertising solutions for widespread merchant adoption.An ideal candidate will embody a customer-first mindset, relishing in relationship-building and partnership development. They must excel at simplifying complex concepts into actionable steps, possess a keen eye for detail, and thrive in problem-solving and collaborative environments.   • You will be responsible for acquiring and retaining advertisers, conducting regular business reviews, and driving merchant success through engagement with key stakeholders, including country PICs, sales teams, and regional marketing and analytics teams.
  • You will act as a subject matter expert on the GrabAds Self-Serve platform, supporting advertiser growth by developing and executing training programs, assisting with localization, and providing post-training analysis.
  • You will collaborate with country stakeholders to prioritize initiatives, implement projects that drive new business and up-sell opportunities, and execute acquisition and retention strategies.
  • You will implement regional B2B marketing campaigns, track performance, and ensure best practice sharing for continuous improvement.
  • You will engage with key stakeholders, identify partners, and drive merchant success through education programs in key cities.
  • You will monitor Self-Serve performance, provide data-driven insights, and gather feedback for product enhancement.
  • You will collaborate with SMB Strategy & Planning and Customer Success teams, ensuring operational excellence and documenting improvements to enhance workflow.
QualificationsWhat Skills You Will Need
  • You have a Bachelor\'s Degree and 5+ years of experience in sales or consulting within fast-paced B2B tech, digital sectors, or growth startups, with international or regional exposure. Advertising experience is preferred; SMB-focused experience is a plus.
  • You have excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of interacting with stakeholders at all levels.
  • You have a strong understanding of the Ads Ecosystem, both online and offline.
  • You are process-driven, with a passion for enabling business improvements and experience with sales enablement tools (CRM, content, marketing automation).
  • You are a team player who thrives in a matrix environment and manages multiple projects effectively.
  • You are ambitious, self-driven, and motivated, with a strong desire to excel and grow in a fast-paced tech company.
  • You have strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights, while maintaining attention to detail and using data analysis tools effectively.
