As Senior Associate, Country Development for SMB Self Serve Solution, based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, supporting Singapore Self Serve business operations. The role is pivotal in our client-focused approach. The role will execute country specific business strategies and drive growth, plan quarterly and annual objectives, and provide feedback during country business reviews. The responsibilities include promoting and delivering self-serve solution services to country teams and collaborating with key stakeholders across Self Serve business, Country teams, Product, Marketing & CRM, and other relevant stakeholders to devise effective advertising solutions for widespread merchant adoption.An ideal candidate will embody a customer-first mindset, relishing in relationship-building and partnership development. They must excel at simplifying complex concepts into actionable steps, possess a keen eye for detail, and thrive in problem-solving and collaborative environments.
