The role of the Engineer: Integrated Service Operations is to operate and maintain the overall IT infrastructure of the ISC business unit to ensure stability, integrity, and operation efficiency. This is achieved by monitoring, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing all aspect of the network & systems.

The engineer is also responsible in governing the overall ISC Level 1 and the overall IT & Operations standard compliance, developing and maintaining the operation framework, including process, procedures, and compliance.

Communication, analytical & problem-solving skills is essential to help identify, communicate & resolve issues. This individual will be also required to provide guidance to all L1 officers and relevant external department personnel.

What will make you a good fit for the role?

• Developing, maintaining and supporting the system and network infrastructure, including hardware and system components.

• Planning and performing installation, maintenance and support of network and system as well as providing end user support.

• Performing issue analysis for incidents and developing preventive measures.

• Conducting research and case studies on new technologies and solutions.

• Analyse and provides feedback on product strategy.

• Designing, implementing & ISC cabling systems.

• Develop and continuously improving the IT infrastructure and ISC operations process.

• Oversee the overall ISC Level 1 Operations including customer handling, incident handling and day-to-day routines tasks.

• Work on the overall ISC Operations & IT Operations to comply with the compliance standards including internal auditing.

• Work on internal & customer projects to meet the technical requirements, budget & schedule by working with internal department staffs, vendors & customers.

• Coaching and training Level 1 Operations Staff
