The HR Operations team in Asia Pacific is providing a range of transactional and non-transactional HR services across countries and all business units. We support DHL Group employees on Employee Data Administration (EDA), Payroll Processing, Training Administration and Recruitment Administration.
Overall Role Purpose
Provides day-to-day Management Reporting and HRIS datato the business units and/or HR Business Partner andensure that the Data in the HRIS is accurate and the reportsare generated in a timely manner.
Job Responsibilities
HR Business Partners
- Provide effective and efficient support tothe HR Business Partner to ensure thesmooth running of the payroll of thevarious countries and business units.
EDA and Management Reporting
- Provide support to HR Business Partnerin ensuring that deadlines are complied.
- Ensures day-to-day HR data are enteredinto the system accurately throughregular system audits.
Managers and Team Leads
- Meeting set KPIs for HR Services
- Comply with askHR SOP and qualitystandards
- Demonstrate flexibility in workassignments (new and backup)
- Maintain process documentation up-to date(DWI and Process Map)
- Participate in process improvementsinitiatives
HRIS consultants
Work with the consultants to ensure thatstandard and regular reports arecustomised into the HRIS system forease of administration.
Process
- Assist the Team Leader by suggestingsolutions for continuous improvementsand enhancement to the system for ease
of administration.
- Provide feedback on issues and concernspertaining to reporting and dataadministration.
- Ensure that accurate employeeinformation is provided at all times.
- Ensure compliance to personal dataprivacy in accordance to the countryregulation
- Contribute ideas/information into the knowledge base
Others
- Execute transactional tasks (routine andadhoc) with minimal supervision ofseniors
