And we're absolutely committed to building a culture where our people can do just that.We have an exciting opportunity Senior Associate for you to join our team as, this full-time and permanent position is based in Labuan, Malaysia, allowing you to make a significant impact to our and its' growth.Key responsibilities:

  • Provides company secretarial services to a range of client companies.
  • Maintain the client's portfolio including drafting and reviewing corporate secretarial related documents in a timely manner.
  • Update and maintain all relevant statutory records, books, forms, and other related secretarial documents and ensuring all documents are updated in the individual monitoring list and stored in ViewPoint for data integrity.
  • Handling of applications, registrations, and filings with various government agencies on behalf of clients.
  • advising clients on matters related to annual compliance to ensure service delivered to clients are up to certain standard with supervision.
  • Ensure adherence to the statutory and internal AML/CFT policies as well as compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • General administrative work and filing of documents.
  • Undertake special assignments, ad-hoc functions and related duties assigned by the management from time to time.
Key requirements:
  • Recognised degree in Laws, Business Studies (Administration/Management Commence), Accounting or any other equivalent professional certificates.
  • At least a minimum of 1-3 years of relevant experience preferably in Trust Administration or Corporate Secretarial services.
  • Familiarity with coral system and Microsoft Excel would be an added advantage.
  • Possess a strong sense of responsibility, positive disposition, initiative, high integrity and efficient in time management skill.
  • Excellent command of verbal communication and written English skills.
  • Good interpersonal skill, team player, Meticulous, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good organizational skills in relation to documentation and work processes.
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
  • Detailed-oriented.
