• Conduct risk-based internal audits to assess the effectiveness of the organization\'s internal controls, financial systems, and operational processes.
• Support the development and execution of audit plans, including scoping, testing, and documentation, to ensure compliance with internal policies, regulations, and industry best practices.
• Lead and manage a team of internal auditors, providing guidance and oversight to ensure high-quality audit execution and timely completion of audit projects.
• Monitor the implementation of audit recommendations and verify the effectiveness of corrective actions taken by various business units

What You Bring

• Strong past performance in academics with a Bachelor\'s Degree, preferably in accounting, finance, or business (CA, ACCA, CPA, CIA, CISA or other applicable certification preferred)
• A minimum of 5 years\' experience within a commercial/financial role with a strong background in accounting and/or internal control policies (experience with IFRS and FRG preferred).
• Demonstrable track record of performing at a high level.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to communicate effectively across all management levels.
• Solid understanding of Data Science and/or Data Analytics tools (i.e. Tableau, Alteryx etc.)
• Commitment to continuous learning and to global travel up to 50%.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred, as the role involves supporting China.
