\xc2\xb7 As part of the Independent Bid Review team at SE Assurance, you will be part of the team which conducts review of high risk, large and complex bids across Business Areas.

\xc2\xb7 You have ability to understand concepts related to bid costing, project sales calculation, risk management as well as implementation of project strategies such as but not limited to Business Model (e.g. Transfer Price Concepts, FX, tax, contractual setup) so as to identify potential risks, opportunities but also mitigation actions.

\xc2\xb7 Be a change agent: Participate in forward-looking topics that provide assurance on critical business matters.

\xc2\xb7 Acknowledging Digitalization and Transformation as key element, exploring digitalization solutions to streamline and optimize overall assurance landscape including in IBRs.

\xc2\xb7 Your role may also include participation in other assurance topics from the Global Audit Plan which includes project business audits, SCM audits, Financial Forecasting, Compliance etc.

What You Bring

\xc2\xb7 Strong past performance in academics (accounting, finance, engineering, business administration or equivalent)

\xc2\xb7 Further professional certification / post graduate degrees desirable but not mandatory

\xc2\xb7 Minimum 8 years\' experience in either bid, project management or sales functions.

\xc2\xb7 Knowledge of the bid risk and opportunity assessment process is preferred.

\xc2\xb7 Strong experience (\'hot skill\') in at least one of the following or similar areas:
Large turnkey Bid Management, Project Management, Sales, Contract management

\xc2\xb7 Knowledge of data science an advantage.

\xc2\xb7 You will work in a dynamic and demanding business environment and therefore bring a high degree of curiosity, resilience, and motivation to work in such context

\xc2\xb7 You are a team player and experienced to integrate different perspectives with a clear results-orientation

\xc2\xb7 As you act in an international environment, you bring excellent communication skills
