Job Purpose
CIMB is looking for a Back End Developer, responsible for developing micro services and APIs
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement user stories
- Develop technology solution ensuring alignment with overall architecture
- Interact with stakeholders to discuss and resolve functional and technical issues
- Independent unit testing and/or system testing of the product on need basis
- minimum 8 years of IT experience of working in software development projects in agile methodology
- Extensive knowledge and experience of Java, J2EE, Spring Boot v2, Microservices, Netflix OSS, Containerization using Docker
- Basic understanding of Javascript, CSS3, HTML
- Excellent communication skills, stakeholder management skills and problem solving skills
- Knowledge of non-functional requirements including response time, throughput, scalability, availability will be added advantage
- Knowledge of API management, API Gateway Axway will be added advantage
- Knowledge of financial services domain including commercial lending, retail banking, etc. will be added advantage.
