Principal Accountabilities Support in recommendation, conceptualization and implementation of strategic and tactical brand initiative strategies in driving business results and accomplish brand objectives. Responsible for coordinating the Advertising & Promotion material development and activation. Work closely with external agencies, Sales team on campaigns & activities plan inclusive of planning on stock requirement, target outlets & locations, delivery arrangement, POSM development and et-cetera. Prepare briefing documents to external agency or Internal designer on the key message to be portrayed on campaigns, key visuals and Point-of-Sales-Material (POSM). Assist in the development and execution of digital plan which involves touchpoints such as paid media, social media platform, mobile, website and internet. To follow through on execution of brand ATL & BTL communications and activities to ensure executions excellence according to the timeline. Stones Responsible for content creation including design and copy writing for digital ads and related marketing collaterals. To gather market information on consumer needs, feedback and monitor competitors activities. Planning and tracking of brand A&P Expenses and administer the issuance of PO with accurate and timely system update. To assist in event management and coordination. To compile consumer database (redemption tracking form, contest form etc.) and handle the execution of direct mailing during campaigns. To assist in promotion planning, tracking and ensure timely execution including liaison with Warehouse and Project Management Team on packing of promotional item ie. promo packs, GWP items and logistic arrangement for roadshows. Establish partnership and collaboration with other relevant brands that expands brand reach and touchpoints. Stock management includes forecast orders & monitor deliver, ensuring that there are always sufficient stocks to trade & monitor all stock movement with the team. Other roles deemed appropriate by management. Competency Requirement: Bachelor\'s Degree in Marketing , Business or equivalent. At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field, preferably with exposure in FMCG industry. Initiative, creative and resourceful. Ability to organise, good follow through and eye for details. Team player with excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills. Excellent analytical, conceptual and presentation skills Proficiency in computer skills, Microsoft Excel, Word & Powerpoint Good knowledge of digital & social platforms Good communication skills in both English, Chinese and Bahasa Malaysia
