• Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Brand and Marketing Executive or in a similar role, preferably in the consumer goods industry.
• Strong understanding of branding principles, strategies, and best practices.
• Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, including social media, email marketing, and content management systems.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and aesthetics.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for sustainability and promoting eco-friendly products.
• Familiarity with the latest marketing trends, tools, and technologies.
• Junior:Fresh graduates / 1-2 years experienced are welcome to apply.
• Senior: Min 2 years experienced preferred.

Tanggungjawab

• Support and implement full-year brand plans from planning to execution to increase brand awareness, create consumer value, and drive brand affinity among consumers.
• Implement marketing plans on ATL and BTL; collaborate with commercial team to align with brand vision, strategy, and business objectives; manage BTL quantities, outlet allocations, and pipeline management with Sales.
• Develop Strategies and Brand plans for products across 6Ps aligning with business vision and objectives.
• Review and analyze brand and campaign performances against goals and provide recommendations to meet said goals.
• Align with stakeholders on marketing activations and plans.
• Support in development of Full Marketing Mix (Media Planning, Go-To-Market Strategy, POSM Developments, Packaging Design Developments, In-Store Activation).
• Monitor, analyze and evaluate market trends, consumer behaviors and competitor activities to identify opportunities for portfolio.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams and external business partners to ensure timely and efficient execution of plans.
• Assist marketing efforts.
