What you\'ll do: This involves implementation of change delivery across multiple initiatives and initially the main project which requires support is Workflow and Orchestration Key Deliverables of this role: Working with Vendor, Implementation Partner and Programme delivery team to capture and implement user\'s requirements Regular reporting and maintenance of Business Transformation Framework related tasks Interaction with the Operations teams and sponsors across various locations Support Target operating model and control activities, where applicable Assist with business analysis as well involvement in managing User Acceptance testing Principal Accountabilities: Impact on the Business Documenting continuous improvement opportunities for Operations teams Assist with business analysis Manage Operational readiness for any implications Raise Risks and Issues through appropriate governance Continuous improvement log Risk and Issues log Change requests Customers / Stakeholders MSS Operations Management team Product Owners Business (Front Office) Managers across multiple products Programme and project leads Vendor and IT teams Strategy & Change PMO Teamwork Support colleagues to ensure the team delivers a globally consistent model Adhere to Strategy & Change objectives and frameworks Operational Effectiveness & Control Appropriate escalation and capture of key risks & issues relating to project milestones Following Change Framework guidelines Requirements What you will need to succeed in the role: Proven track record of change management initiatives would be useful Process documentation and mapping experience Must have knowledge and experience Operations A strong operational trade lifecycle knowledge would be beneficial Ability to manage key transformation projects in conjunction with Operations and IT. Analytical mind with excellent judgement and decision making skills to identify exceptions in process handling Ability to drive out details and question procedures employed to deliver quality services Organised, adaptable and self-driven to achieve collective information both formally and informally from Subject Matter Experts Excellent relationship builder with strong communication and negotiation skills Ability to work to tight deadlines and exacting standards Previous experience of working with a Vendor would be beneficial Due to the urgent hiring need, candidates with immediate right to work locally and no relocation need will be prioritised.
