Senior Business Development Executive (real Estate / Id Fit In Out Design)

Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue
new business opportunities in real estate development and interior design fit-out sectors.
Build and maintain strong relationships
with clients, developers, architects, property agents, and other stakeholders.Understand client needs
andpropose tailored ID fit-out design solutions
and renovation packages..Prepare and deliver
compellingpresentations, proposals, and quotations
.Conduct market research and competitor analysis
to identify trends and growth areas.Identify and pursue business opportunities
forcommercial ID fit-out projects (office, retail, F&B, etc.).
Collaborate with internal project, design, and sales teams to ensure smooth project handover and execution.
Meet sales targets
andsupport the strategic growth
of the company.
Attend industry networking events, exhibitions, and site visits
to explore new opportunities.Requirements:
Degree in Fit Out Interior Design/Real Estate
, or a related field.Minimum 2-5 years of experience in business development - preferably in real estate or interior design/fit-out industry in Commercial only
Strongknowledge of real estate
markets andID fit-out project
cycles.Excellent communication, negotiation,
and presentation skills.Independent,
driven, andable to meet sales KPIs.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently. Confident in pitching to SMEs, corporate clients, and developers.Fluent in English; proficiency in Mandarin or Bahasa Malaysia
is an advantage.Possess own transport
andwilling to travel for client meetings or site visits.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM5,500.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
