Senior Business Development Manager / Director / HVAC Malaysia
- Client Portfolio : European MNC in Energy Solution
- Role : Senior Manager - Business Development
- Remuneration : 300K MYR Annual Package (Fixed + Variable)
- Location : KL, Malaysia
Jobs Task:
- Develop and implement Business Development plans to achieve Public and Private Tenders.
- Screen and develop a go to marketplace strategy and a pipeline of projects which can receive the energy solutions proposed by the company.
- Able to manage the financial calculation and Tender Bidding.
- Prepare, modify, amend and justify financial model and its inputs for the proposals as necessary
- Manage and coordinate service proposals each day, including technical aspects, from issue of calls for tender documents to bid submission.
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental or Engineering in real estate and construction
- Preferably with 10 to 15 years of relevant experience Business development related field.
- Experience in Tender Management , Construction Solutions , Energy Solutions.
- Strong project management and stake holder management and financial acumen
- Strong Experience Managing real estate and new development.
