JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Organize purchase activity for both local & oversea supplier - high mixed low volume, including indirect & direct purchase
- Ensure material availability according to MRP
- Follow up order acknowledgement with supplier
- Track delivery schedule closely to ensure On Time Delivery
- Managing Inventory Turn according to company KPI
- Monitoring subcon/ supplier inventory level
- Participate on supplier performance measurement activity
- Ad-hoc duties according to operation requirement
- Min Diploma in Business management, Supply Chain, Management or equivalent
- Min 5 years of working experience in purchasing / sourcing or equivalent
- Knowledge in Inventory Management
- Preferable working experience in CM environment
- Experience in prototyping/ NPI purchase will be added advantage
- Good team member, fluent in English for both written and verbal, Mandarin will be added advantage
- Familiar with ISO9001, ISO13458
- Knowledge in ERP system e.g. SAP, IFS etc
