Job Description


The Senior Campaign Executive governs the entire campaign plan, this includes and is not limited to email, digital advertising, nurture campaign, ABM campaign, etc. The role requires the ability to communicate well with the client and the internal team, especially in explaining the campaign\'s direction and aligning the campaign\'s initiative with the client\'s goals Besides that, you would need to be firm and aggressive yet respectful in following up with the team on their tasks to ensure that the timeline of the campaign is not affected. Responsibilities Identify and prioritize target segments based on demographics, firmographic and intent data. Build and manage a B2B marketing campaign plan taking into consideration segment prioritization, budget, relevant channels, and urgency of the timeline. Create forecasts of multiple campaign results based on different performance scenarios. Lead a campaign team to build and execute activities according to plan, troubleshooting and adjusting accordingly. Lead campaign optimization, experimentation, and continuous improvement programs. Manage reporting of weekly campaign activity updates, monthly campaign impact, and analysis discussions. Create and manage online campaigns. Develop and lead digital media engagement strategies for campaigns which include guidelines, objectives & procedures by identifying the right target audience and social impacts. Identifying monitoring tools, integrating the interactive media into the business strategy, and maintaining good rapport with social media organizations, influencers, and analysts. Collaborate with other entities (media/customer relations/KOLs), to manage reputation, identify key players, and coordinate actions. Lead innovation and transformation in how content is delivered to our target customers and demonstrate true digital creative marketing leadership and bring the vision of Truth and our clientele to life. Oversee digital projects and campaigns and ensure smooth operation for all digital tools and applications (e.g. website, blogs, and social media) Train internal teams to use digital technologies Research and identify new social networks to reach our target customers. Use audience insight and analytics to continuously improve the user experience Manage and synergize the various areas within the digital and put systems and processes in place for the team to follow (SOPs) Manage all social media channels, and campaigns (including e-mails) to sustain an engaging audience experience and to increase audience satisfaction. Includes but is not limited to planning, developing, implementing, and managing the overall digital marketing strategy for the company and clients. Monitor, research, and analyze social media trends, ad revenue, and web visitor data, to improve social media presence and campaign efficacy. Business development - organically within the clientele and new clients as per the KPIs set by the Managing Director Requirements Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field At least 5 years of related working experience in digital media platforms and / digital agencies/marketing or business management-related roles Experience in copywriting, content creation, client servicing, digital analytics, digital ad buys, and brand marketing. Required skills: managed various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter and credentials on successful campaigns Have hands-on experience running, monitoring, and optimizing campaigns on LinkedIn / Facebook. Communicate with clients effectively to identify their goals & objectives and translate them into effective, result-driven campaigns Ability to analyze and report on campaign performance and provide direction/strategy based on findings. Minimum 1 year experience in roles involving planning, optimization, and continuous improvement. Ability to multitask and communicate effectively with team members to reliably carry out projects. Ability to work well independently and as a team, as well as the ability to meet tight deadlines. Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills. Shows continued desire for growth & learning. Good command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia. Good attitude and ability to work well under stress is a MUST. Willing to work on extended hours when necessary.
