About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented

Senior Campaign Services Specialist

to support advertising campaign operations for our brand and agency clients. This position focuses on ensuring campaigns are delivered accurately, efficiently, and with exceptional client service. You will work cross-functionally with creative, media, and operations teams to guarantee seamless campaign execution and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Management & Delivery

Coordinate campaign execution across clients, brand teams, and media agencies. Prepare and distribute traffic instructions via the

XR platform

, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Liaise with

Global Clearance

teams to ensure content and rights compliance. Manage production and distribution orders (encoding, captioning, etc.). Track campaign billables, reports, and cost estimations.

Client Retention & Engagement

Serve as the primary contact for clients on campaign matters. Maintain long-term client relationships through consistent support and communication. Collect feedback to identify opportunities for service improvements and retention strategies.

Workflow & Collaboration

Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Collaborate with regional and global teams to support high-quality campaign delivery. Contribute to internal process improvements and client satisfaction initiatives.

Requirements

Experience in

advertising, broadcast, campaign services, or related industries

. Background in

client servicing or account management

, with focus on retention and engagement. Familiarity with

broadcast traffic procedures

and campaign operations. Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills. Proficiency in

Microsoft Office

or

Google Workspace

. Ability to adapt to new tools and systems (e.g., XR platform). Detail-oriented, proactive, and a collaborative team player.
