*Oversee cash handling, register balancing, and daily cash reconciliation to maintain accuracy and prevent discrepancies
*Address and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly
*Create and manage cashier schedules efficiently to limit overtime, monitor performance, provide feedback, and conduct performance evaluations
*Maintain adequate supplies at cashier stations and coordinate with inventory management to ensure stock levels are sufficient
*Capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritizing responsibilities effectively
*Capable of leading a team to meet company policy & requirements, and customer's expectation
*Skilled in developing, mentoring, and leading team members to build a strong, efficient, and high-performing team
*Ensure all tasks are completed and monitored promptly and efficiently
*Able to work independently
*Strong adaptability in handling dynamic and challenging work situations, and fast-moving environments
*Required to take over cashier duties in the event of manpower shortage
