We are currently in the process of converting a mall into a REAL ONE STOP RENOVATION COMPANY with all the key building material and services including design and built all being available in ONE SINGLE LOCATION. Our motto is to solve all the stakeholders' headache and to revolutionize the way home renovation is done.

- Senior Site Supervisor

We are looking for a Senior Site Supervisor with at least 5 years of working experience in renovation or construction industry to assist the project manager on all project related matters

Responsibilities

Report directly to the project manager. Oversee daily site operations and supervise site work. Ensure that construction activities adhere to standards and maintain quality. Coordinate, organize, and supervise site operations to ensure timely completion and high-quality work. Communicate effectively with main contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients. Provide project progress reports, conduct project meetings, and resolve any project-related issues. Monitor contractors' progress and ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and procedures.

Key requirements

Professional certificate or Diploma in Civil Engineering/Construction Management or any other related field in building construction (We will consider those with significant relevant working experience but without the professional certificate or qualification) Minimum 5 years of experience in renovation / construction field Well verse in technical aspect of renovation and familiar with various renovation related products Able to work extra hours (project based / site based) Experience in site problem solving and follow up with consultants & subcontractors. Possess good communication skills especially in able to prepare daily site report Able to work with minimum supervision. Able to travel Klang Valley are or outstation job Full time position (s) available
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
