Responsibilities: Market Expertise and Client Consultation: updated on market trends and fluctuations in commercial real estate. market analysis to determine fair market value of properties. buyers, clients & partners on real estate investment strategies and property management. strong relationships with buyers, clients & partners, providing ongoing support throughout the transaction process. Buyers, Clients & Partners Acquisition and Property Marketing: good sales partners that can provides assistants in executing sales transaction. for new buyer & clients, generating leads through networking, cold calling, and referrals. marketing materials to showcase properties to potential buyers/tenants. Transactions and Negotiations: properties to interested buyers/tenants, addressing their needs and preferences. purchase agreements and lease terms to secure the best deal for the company. relevant paperwork, such as contracts and deeds, to facilitate transactions. property inspections and manage communication between involved parties. dealmaker who leverages their market knowledge and negotiation skills to ensure sales process, transaction and objective are executed in a well manner.
