Responsible for all QS and contractual matters and pre and post construction contract management including tender, estimation, taking off quantities, construction costs, valuation order, progress claims and final accounts.
Liaise with sub-contractors, consultants, and authorities in all contractual related issues.
Coordinate, organize, control, and verify payment and claims to sub-contractors, nominated sub-contractors, and consultants in a timely manner.
Track changes to the design and/or construction work and adjust budget projections accordingly
Prepare and check contracts document, project budgets, bills of quantities, subcontract certificates, and other documentation.
Sourcing and purchasing of materials and related products needed for production when necessary.
To check material requisition and ensure that materials are accurate and within the project budget.
Coordinate with Finance Department on payment related matters, monitoring monthly projection of cash flow.
Attend site valuation, site measurement and regular meetings when necessary.
Undertake special assignments, ad-hoc functions, analysis, and related duties as and when necessary.
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying / Building Management or equivalent.
Minimum 5 year(s) of relevant working experience in large building / civil projects.
Proficient in both spoken and written Bahasa Malaysia & English, however proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage for communication with our stakeholders.
Possess good negotiation skills, meticulous, independent and able to work under minimum supervision

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM18,000.00 per month
