• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required
• Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Advertising/Media, Humanities/Liberal Arts, Linguistics/Languages, Mass Communications or equivalent.
• Self-motivated with excellent sense of creativity
• Ability to work independently as well as a team player
• Creative and dynamic personality
• Good understanding of consumer behaviors
• Good command and versatile in different style of English writing
• Develop high-quality written content for various platforms, including advertising campaigns, websites, social media, emails, and more.
• Maintain and evolve the brand\'s voice and tone guidelines for consistent communication.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to create content strategies that meet business goals and audience preferences.
• Craft engaging narratives that convey the brand\'s story, values, and benefits.
• Work closely with designers to integrate copy and visual elements effectively.
• Conduct research to understand target audiences, industry trends, and competitive landscapes.
• Edit and proofread content for accuracy, clarity, and grammar.
• Manage multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery of quality content.
• Continuously optimize content based on performance metrics and feedback.

• To propose and develop creative concept and effective messages for campaigns
• To develop copy-writing and content that is engaging, accurate and market-driven across all communication platform within deadlines
• To collaborate with various business units and relevant personnel to ensure that all copy-writing and content developed are in line with clients\' objectives
• Ability to conceptualise creative and effective advertising ideas
• To manage contents across the various social media platforms and execute social media marketing efforts
• To manage all the content and daily operations of social media conversations to build client\'s visibility and encourage brand awareness and engagement
• To manage social media platform and ensure constant engagement, traffic and growth
