Generate creative ideas, prepare proposals, oversee production process and execution and report the results to the relevant parties
Assist manager to plan and deliver CRM strategies across the organization with a view to retaining existing customers, increasing brand loyalty and expanding the company brand
Execute on final CRM structure and architecture that will work seamlessly across the business can capture crucial information along the sales funnel
Analyze customer behavior to develop targeted segment marketing activities for different sets of customer group
Develop EDMs, SMS blasting according to marketing plan on monthly or project basis and execute according to plans
Assist in monitoring, generating and preparing the relevant reports to assess the programs & performance
Assist in developing, enhancing company\'s platform - website, mobile apps to enhance customer\'s experience
Assist in obtaining corporate partners to increase the brand stickiness
Monitor and report competitive retention and loyalty promotions and activities
Facilitate other ad-hoc market research activities

Job Requirement:
Candidate should possess a Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Business Studies / Administration / Management, Marketing, Mass Communications, Advertising / Media
Preferably at least 3 years of related working experience.
Preferably Executive specializing in Sales / Marketing or equivalent.
Good communication skills in English, Mandarin, Malay language for both spoken and written
