Job Description

Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
Build sustainable relationships and trust with owners through open and interactive communication.
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
Resolves problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, following up to ensure resolution.
Handle all customers inquiries received timely and professionally.
Demonstrates a positive, enthusiastic, friendly attitude.
Responsible to ensure that all defects identified during the defects liability period are rectified accordingly within the stipulated time frame; including and not limited to the co-ordination with Project Department.
Manage a team of the customer care team.
Manage and engage Resident Association/JMB/MC.
To comply promptly at all times with all SOPs and reasonable directions from the Company from time to time.
To implement any and all relevant policies, procedures and work constructions.
Responsible to ensure that the assigned properties comply strictly with all laws of Malaysia.
Any and all other duties as and when assigned from time to time by the superior/management.
Any other duties as assigned by the Management from time to time as deemed necessary.
