Job Description


  • Able to read/write in Mandarin, and English (knowledge of Bahasa Malaysia will be an advantage)
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is a MUST
  • Minimum Certificate/Diploma
  • Candidates without the required education requirements but with minimum 2 years experience in a call centre environment will be given priority
  • Able to work independently to lead a team
  • Good attitude and team spirit
  • Those with retail experience are encouraged to apply
ResponsibilitiesRespond to customers on non-voice channels (email, in-app messaging) about:
  • Company\'s products and service
  • Inquiries about pricing
  • Feedback and complaints
