Our client is located in Cheras Jaya, Balakong is a leading plastic injection moulder for medical components. We are specialized in Medical, Pharmaceutical, Lab Equipment, Spectacles and many other products. Job descriptions: Supervise subordinate and ensure they communicate effectively. Process and ensure customer PO request respond promptly. Resolve customer complaints on delivery & commercial issue promptly and accordingly. Monitor & ensure 100% On Time Delivery . Obtain sales forecast, monitor and analyse forecast vs actual sales. Prepare and submit the KPI report to Manager. Monitor & control transport of delivery at optimum cost (transport cost vs sales) . Handle and resolve any outsource process activity such as spray process. Issue BMR and monitor closely for closing BMR. Liaise with Assembly and SP for the progress of the BMR. Updated sales figure & report to Manager on weekly basis Other assignments as per superior\'s instruction from time to time. Authorized to decide and act within the scope in the capacity of Head of Department in the absence of PC Manager. Requirements: Preferably Degree or Diploma in any field or equivalent. Preferably 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in related section. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Computer literate. Knowledgeable in ERP. Salary: RM4,000 to RM6,000 & Benefits: Salary5-day week, performance bonus & Medical.
