We are looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager to join our growing team of passionate Data and Software Solutions (DSS) Gurus who are determined to drive digital transformation for our corporate and institutional partners across the property ecosystem in Malaysia and across the region. ABOUT THIS ROLE: This Senior Customer Success Manager role is tasked to develop existing as well as newly onboarded and activated client logos throughout their lifecycle by planning and executing DSS account management playbooks, up-selling relevant products and ensuring excellent client relationships. To perform this role well, the candidate needs to have strong key account management experience, relationship management skills, up-selling and cross-selling capabilities, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, ability to follow sales processes, and a track record of exceeding expectations. JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: You will report to the Head of Customer Success, DSS. Key Account Management: Manage client logos across multiple core sectors -- Real Estate Developers, Real Estate Agencies, Financial Institutions, Real Estate Valuers, Insurance companies, Audit firms, Investment entities (REITs, Wealth Management companies etc.) and the Government. Ensure newly onboarded and existing corporate & institutional clients in Malaysia have best-in-class account servicing and account management. Strong sales acumen is necessary. Identify, prospect, build and secure a strong pipeline of new up-sell opportunities, and actively track performance against the given revenue target. Work with cross-functional stakeholders to present DSS solutions that address client needs while simultaneously meeting your monthly and quarterly targets. Importantly, maintain a healthy pipeline of new opportunities as well as aiming for 100% renewals of all existing client contracts, well before contract expiry. Ensure Salesforce hygiene with excellent pipeline and opportunity management. Assist the Ops teams in ensuring timely monthly collections of all subscription products. Relationship Management: Develop strong, deep, and long-lasting relationships with decision-makers in your portfolio of corporate clients based on long term planning, handling objections, asking the right questions, and understanding their pain points while resolving them. Establish a solid understanding of all granular aspects of the DSS product and solutions in Malaysia to service your clients better. Build and maintain relationships within the wider client organisation including GMs, Directors, Tech / Finance / Procurement / BD to ensure upselling opportunities. Setup Quarterly Business Reviews with clients to drive product adoption, analytics & reporting, better client experience and to explore untapped revenue opportunities for DSS products. Data Analysis & Insights: With in-depth data analysis of your target market, pipeline, and business (using Salesforce, LinkedIn, and other sales tools), drive and develop specific growth strategies and approaches for your client portfolio. Present deal reviews and new opportunity pipeline forecasts based upon data driven insights to ensure a healthy pipeline and align with revenue goals. KEY REQUIREMENTS Bachelor\'s Degree with at least 6-10 years of B2B Sales or Account Management experience within a fast-paced and highly competitive B2B, SaaS, enterprise, or consulting environment (direct client facing role) in Malaysia. Proven track record as a solid performer in exceeding revenue targets. Ambitious, self-driven and highly motivated individual who can work well in an online startup VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, Ambiguous) environment. Must be able to work independently most of the time and think strategically when approaching tasks. Strong interpersonal skills and able to effectively network with clients and within the PropertyGuru business. Coachable attitude: Should be willing and able to learn about the PropertyGuru platform, the multiple DSS products, processes, and stakeholders extremely fast. Communication: Strong and effective communicator with good presentation and speaking skills who can verbally and visually articulate their point of view clearly and succinctly. Should have a deep desire to excel and develop a career in a high-growth tech startup. Should have demonstrated integrity and respect in the performance of their duties. Proficiency in using CRM tools (E.g., Salesforce) Comfortable with data analysis (MS Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Ability to converse in Mandarin is a plus. An in-depth understanding of the real estate market and ecosystem players in Malaysia is a plus, but not mandatory.
