Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing the Enterprise Data Strategy and its implementation.

Executing the Data Strategy project, including conducting workshop and knowledge transfer to others.

Working with stakeholders across business, engineering, and compliance, audit, risk, legal, security (CARLS) to ensure data is managed in an efficient and compliant manner.

Drive the Root Cause Analysis and resolution for data issue across multiple divisions / departments.

Develop centralized data management processes aligned to organizational policies and requirements.

Key Skills / Knowledge and Behaviors (if applicable)

Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Computer Science, Information Management, or similar.

Minimum of 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience using a variety of data mining/data analysis methods, using a variety of data tools, building, and implementing models, using/creating algorithms

Able to link between business issues and data

Techniques of evaluating the effectiveness of processes and guidelines

Developing positive relationship with all stakeholders

Prepare, structure, and manage data and information to assist in the business issues

Familiar with best practice methodologies in validating customer data

Able to manage internal and external resources

Legal and ethical requirements related to data management process.

Organizational policies and procedures related to data management.

Familiar with methods and tools for analyzing and reporting data.

Identify and escalate risks inherent situations or transactions. Assess, control, monitor and report impact of risks, franchise, regulatory or financial.

Conduct business and day to day activities contributing to a \'no surprise\' compliance culture by ensuring adherence to the Group\'s AML program, policies, and procedures.

Develop specific data strategy and drive collaboration with stakeholders for better compliance.

Mentor junior team members, share insights across teams, and review work of junior team members.

Support and guide junior team members to implement best practices in data strategy and data management for optimal performance.
