You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze complex datasets, derive actionable insights, and support strategic initiatives. Your expertise will help us understand customer behavior, optimize our products, and improve overall user experience. You will be responsible for developing machine learning models, creating dashboards, and presenting findings to stakeholders, ensuring that our data strategies align with business objectives in Digibank.The Day-to-Day Activities:Collaborate with digibank teams to understand their data needs and objectives.Utilise machine learning models and analytics methodologies to analyse large datasets and generate actionable insights.Provide data-driven recommendations to support strategic decision-making for digibanks.Monitor and evaluate the performance of machine learning models, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of the business.Create and maintain dashboards and reports to visualise key metrics and insights.Presenting findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences, ensuring clarity and actionable outcomesConduct exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate data insights into product development and marketing strategies.Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analytics and machine learning.QualificationsThe Must-Haves:4-6 years of analytical experience conjugated with business acumen, preferably within the financial services industry.Bachelor\'s degree in Statistics, Analytics, Mathematics, Engineering or other quantitative subjects.Advanced knowledge of analytical tools such as database querying (SQL, Presto, Hive), visualisation and reporting tools (Tableau, PowerBI, Holistics) and programming languages (Python, R)Strong ability to work with large and complex data setsFast-learner, versatile, self-driven, detail-oriented and collaborativeExcellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.Strong attention to detail and a passion for data-driven decision-makingFull professional working proficiency in English is requiredThe Nice-Haves:
