• Analyze and assess market and provide market outlook/view to Head Fixed Income Trading on government bonds market and market development
• Formulate tactical plans and strategies to position the team and its portfolio in line with market movement, expectations and fundamentals
• Strategize plan for tendering and secondary market trading activities to meet PD matrix criteria and maintaining the Principal Dealership status.
• Maintain relationship with non PD FIs and end investors and expand indirect bidders base for their support in the primary and secondary market
• Leverage on Global markets networking and expand indirect bidder and investor base for primary market tender
• Provide input, insight and support to Head, Group Trading and Head, Fixed Income Trading in relation to the Fixed Income trading activities and market development.
• Formulate trading strategies to position the team and the Deskxe2x80x99s portfolio in line with market movement, expectations and fundamentals.
• To keep updated of developments in global markets and determining market sentiment to help assisting in making crucial trading decision on a day-to-day basis.
• Provide direction and technical advice to subordinate, share information and facilitate problem solving

RequirementsRequirements:
Bachelor Degree - .- PPKM

• 5 - 7 yearsxe2x80x99 experience in Treasury & Fixed Income Market at an established Financial services institution
• Strong understanding of Fixed Income trading activities as well as risk mgmt.

Other skills required:

• Strong understanding of Fixed Income trading activities as well as risk management aspect of these activities.
• Understand the Groupxe2x80x99s strategic objectives and the role of Treasury operations in achieving the business goals.
• Strong analytical sense, trading skills and technical analysis
• Strong analytical and relationship building skills
