Perform repairs and troubleshooting of mechanical and electrical assemblies within the manufacturing operation.
Diagnose and repair complex mechanical and electrical assemblies used in production equipment to the component level.
Operate and maintain electronic test equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, logic analyzers, and other specialized tools as required.
Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve functionality issues, support process improvements, and update debug or repair procedures.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of work instructions, batch records, equipment logs, material specifications, and other device history documents in compliance with quality standards.
Monitor production metrics such as yield, equipment cycle time, and downtime to identify trends and recommend corrective actions.
Assist with the installation, debug, and validation of new or upgraded process equipment.
Develop, update, and maintain a comprehensive Debug Guide to support consistent and efficient troubleshooting of Printed Circuit Board Assemblies (PCBA).
Provide training and guidance to junior technicians on diagnostic and repair best practices.
