Reports To

Senior Art Director

Role Purpose

To execute the communication of all Above-The-Line, Below-The-Line, Event & Interior Design and Internal communication projects.

Key Accountability

• Key responsibility in able to visualise, translate the requirements & ensure it is aligned with company\'s brand.
• Responsible in designing the graphics / illustrations that capture the consumer\'s attention and communicate the right message.
• Design, develop & present the ideas before finalising the design.
• Lead and collaborate with other team members such as designers, copywriters and marketers.
• Delivering to the deadlines is a must.

Qualifications & Working Experience

• Degree or Bachelor in Arts , majoring in graphic design or advertising with minimum 4 years of experience, with a strong and a good variety of work portfolio and having experience in airline industry & advertising would be an added advantage.
• Diploma in Graphic Designs or Mass Communication with minimum 3 years of experience with a very strong portfolio is acceptable as well.

Skills & Knowledge

• Typography skills: able to arrange words and letters in a visually appealing way.
• Well versed in computer software such as: Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and know how to do basic animation.
• Design principles: know how to use white space, color, hierarchy and other principles to compose well-balanced designs.
• Ability to design with motion graphics, video is a plus.
• Keep up with multiple projects simultaneously and be able to manage schedule and workflow.
• Experienced in integrated marketing campaigns across web, mobile, social.
• Picture skills (photography)/photo editing: know how to edit stock photos or able to direct photoshoot.
• Ability to effectively communicate with senior management.
