Well you\'re going to be overseeing all aspects of the Synkd brand and build all creative content to shape consumer understanding of the tools Synkd brings to them. The role will report into the UK with some travel required. Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Ideate, conceptualise and present new creative concepts esp for mobile to take to clients \xc2\xb7 Work with Clients team to retain and grow the relationships via outstanding creative ideas and support all client pitches \xc2\xb7 Work with key publishing partners like Vogue, Elle, WeChat to create unique ideas and Ad Formats \xc2\xb7 Project Manage Campaigns and work with support team in Asia to ensure the successful delivery of all campaigns \xc2\xb7 Help Identify and convert new business opportunities \xc2\xb7 Help understand and visualize Audience journeys \xc2\xb7 Work with account management & sales team to deliver against team revenue targets Ideal Experience:

• 5 years Creative agency experience
• Detailed understanding of audience journeys and the use of audience insights for pitches
• Be comfortable presenting ideas to clients
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects & Premiere Pro a bonus
• Advanced Microsoft office esp Powerpoint and video editing skills
• Advanced experience in UI/UX design a bonus
• Advanced motion graphic skills a bonus
• Excellent communication, writing, presentation, and interpersonal skills in English
• A leading work ethic and a competitive instinct to win
• Works well in a team but also comfortable using own initiative
• Resilience and ability to function under pressure
