Job Description

Responsibilities: Good in observation, designing, detail drawing and shop drawing. Create & prepare layout plans, sketches, 3D, 2D drawings, models and visuals. Responsible for the construction and technical details of drawings Present and propose concepts to each client according to their desired needs. Attend meetings and liaise with clients. Understanding their needs and translate into workable concepts & design. Handle all documentation required on project requirements. Propose suitable construction materials, colour scheme, materials needed, carpet, and carpentry work. Work closely with team to create scope of work and define projects. Schedule frequent site visits to ensure works are done according to plan, and control daily working site progress. Analyse and Inspect problematic areas in sites. Have to be extremely analytic and alert on noticing detailing. Prepare and issue specification To be consciously working as a member of a team Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a Certificate / Diploma / Degree in Interior Design/ Architecture or equivalent. At least 3-5 years and above of working experience in related field is required for this position. Experienced applicants with design background in commercial, offices and residential preferred. Well versed in 3D Studio Max, AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, Freehand sketching and etc. Knowledge in Adobe Illustrator, Flash and etc. is an advantage. Able to work independently and handle multiple projects with tight deadlines simultaneously Able to attend meetings and handle site supervision. Self-motivated and able to work in team with good leadership, communication and interpersonal skills. Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status. Full-time positions available Working Hour : 8.30 am - 5.30 pm (Monday - Friday) 9.00 am - 1.00 pm (Saturday) Applicants must be willing to work in Kota Damansara Salary RM6,000.00
